Can I order online to collect?

Yes, you may, and we will notify you when your books or gift items are ready to collect from our bookshop in Cambridge. 

Is it possible to order a book if it’s not listed on the website?

Absolutely! We have many titles available for immediate despatch that are not listed on our website. If you can’t find the book you’re looking for, please let us know. If the book you want isn’t in stock, it usually takes around 1 week for us to get it in. Waiting times for some print-on-demand books can be longer.

Please note, we can only order books published by Cambridge University Press. For anything else, please consider ordering from our bookshop.org page where every order helps support independent bricks and mortar bookshops around the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we can only ship within the UK. All items sent by tracked DPD unless otherwise requested. For international deliveries please visit www.cambridge.org.

My order hasn't arrived. 

Please let us know as soon as possible. If we need to raise a claim with our courier, we need to hear from you within 14 days of dispatching the order. 

Do you offer discounts for Cambridge University/Anglia Ruskin members and Press authors?

Yes, we certainly do. Please contact us and we will guide you how to apply the discount. 

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packaged with reused, recycled, or recyclable packing materials (if possible).

Do you do events in the bookshop?

Yes, we do have various events in the bookshop: book launches, seminars for language teachers etc. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive updates or visit our Events page
